Advanced creative operations for the Fin-Tech real estate company. Awarded MVP for amplifying brand voice and style across customer touch points, launching a new website and brand campaigns, increasing awareness, and growing audiences. Communicated with internal and external teams to develop, test and optimize creative. Integrated omni-channel strategies to acquire customers, and grow revenue. Optimized digital campaigns, resulting in a 10% increase in CTR, a 12% decrease in CPC, and a 65% decrease in CP-SQL within 30 days. Conducted an OOH campaign, which led to a 150% increase in organic web traffic.

Associate Creative Director   NOV 2020 – JUNE 2021

Ideated and executed solutions to elevate brands and engage audiences, stemming from collaboration and strategic planning. Creative lead for cross-platform campaigns that targeted English and Hispanic markets in the regional southwest. Art directed video and photography productions, including the Emmy award-winning “Arizona’s Official Sports HQ” campaign. Oversaw development, image management, and approval of all advertising and design executions before delivery. Contributed to the creative growth of the agency by pitching and winning new business, and finding opportunities to grow existing clients. Part of the Leadership Team to manage continuous development, supervise and mentor a team of eight creatives and part-time freelancers, and acquire new talent.

Senior Art Director   MAR 2019 – NOV 2020 

Developed cross-platform campaigns, including launching the national Virgin Hotels brand, and its customizable loyalty program called “The Know”. Elevated existing gaming clients with YoY and MoM success through brand campaigns, digital and social initiatives, totaling thousands of deliverables. Led photo and video shoots from concept through post-production, including: styling, casting, set design, directing and editing. Determined art direction, design and aesthetics, and ensured its consistency across every execution. Led a team of six creatives, and collaborated with other department leads to integrate workflow, solve internal issues and discover efficiencies.

Art Director   MAY 2017 – MAR 2019

Successfully on-boarded and re-branded the agency’s largest retainer client, Gila River Hotels & Casinos from the ground up, while launching an extensive campaign for their loyalty program within 60 days. Resulted in a 15% increase in new member sign-ups, and a 24% increase in revenue. 60 days later, led their first brand campaign, “You Do You”, which evolved over three years. Campaigns included multiple broadcast spots, digital, outdoor, print, email, social content, on-property collateral, radio and PR initiatives. Balanced time between voluminous workflow, concepting, video and photo productions, leading design projects, and supervising a team of six. Assisted Creative Director to develop OH Luxury and OH Gaming divisions of the agency, as well as open a second office in Las Vegas.

Creative efforts focused on professional sports and athletic clients. Evolved the Phoenix Suns brand and reinvigorated its spirited legacy through an inclusive 360 campaign across TV broadcast, in-game entertainment, video content, outdoor, digital, email, social and print mediums. Led creatively from ideation through execution, and worked closely with teams pre- and post-production through delivery. Other notable work included but not limited to: loyalty program initiatives, experiential trade shows, branding, packaging, annual reports, and advertising for public energy services, healthcare and entertainment.

Led creative charge with writing partner to establish new product launches, branding, seasonal and social campaigns for CPG, food & beverage, restaurant, and athletic partners. Developed 360 degree campaigns that included TV broadcast, outdoor, print, radio, digital, social, in-store signage, and website design. Supervised team of Junior Art Directors and Designers, and coordinated with Digital team to ensure functionality for microsites, app games and websites. Communicated closely with Strategy, Project Management, and Account leads to deliver quality work against tight timelines.

Junior Art Director   DEC 2014 – MAR 2016 

Advanced the marketing efforts for clients mostly in consumer packaged goods and multi-unit retail. Led art direction and design to launch Jupiter Research as a technologydriven market disruptor for vape pens, which included original branding, packaging, and web developments. Strategized and consolidated KPIs to achieve client goals; concepted and executed advertising campaigns, social campaigns and content, as well as digital apps and microsites, including the award-winning, interactive “Lunchspiration” campaign for Harvest Snaps. In addition, mentored team of Junior Designers.

Created brand and promotional pieces throughout: print, digital, packaging, interactive microsites/games, outdoor, website design and maintenance, point of purchase, in-store signage, menu design, email marketing, and annual reports. Concepted and executed paid social campaigns and monthly organic content, and responsible for photo retouching.
